Full Time CATERING SUPERVISOR Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Uniq Catering Services Puchong - Maukerja

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Co-ordinate details of catered events to include qualities of product needed:-
• Required to prepare utensil / equipment checklist if needed.
• Communicating with Manager regarding setup if needed.
• Prepare purchasing list for rental of utensil /equipment for events if needed.
• To supervise the performance of staff during function and provide the necessary briefing for them with an aim to maintain highest quality of services.
• To be responsive patient and willing to handle customer queries feedback and complaints with quick solutions and in professional manners.
• To ensure job orders are followed according to customer requirement and company standard.
• To load all utensil / equipment in the lorry against checklist before any function, check all food and drinks quantity required.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of SPM or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of Supervisory experience preferred ( In Catering Services )
• Must possess an excellent work ethic and be able to work with little or no supervisions.
• Must posses excellent judgement and decision making skills.
• Must have customer service and interpersonal skills and be able to resolve conflict.
• Computers skils : Familiarity with computer ( Basic MS Office )
• Able to read and write English and BM and complete paperwork accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
