Working Location: West Side, Bukit Batok

Hours: Mondays to Fridays

Role Description: The Marketing Assistant / Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The role involves supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for commercial vehicle leasing, financing, and engineering services, including coordinating digital and offline marketing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing marketing reports, assisting with sales and promotional materials, and maintaining marketing databases and content. The individual will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs. The role also includes organizing events or outreach activities, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and B2B clients.
• Knowledge of Market Research and Sales & Marketing to support campaign planning and performance analysis.
• Handle in-bound communications (Mssg, Calls, Emails, Online comments & Web)
• Active user and content creator on social media ( TT, XHS, FB, IG, etc)
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Working knowledge and competency in Canva, Adobe, or AI tools
• Experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
