Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks according to service standards
Recommend menu items and assist with customer enquiries
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred
Fine dining experience is an advantage
Wine knowledge or wine service experience is a bonus
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a passion for hospitality
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,500/month
