Role Overview
We are looking for a
SailPoint Engineer
to support cybersecurity engineering and project initiatives. The role will focus on managing and enhancing
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
, with particular emphasis on
application onboarding and automation
across IAM processes.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and administer
SailPoint IdentityIQ
, including
Life Cycle Manager (LCM)
and
Compliance Manager (CM)
.
Design and maintain
identity workflows, roles, policies, and certification campaigns
.
Onboard and integrate business applications into
SailPoint IIQ
, including application automation and
WebService connector
integrations.
Develop and execute
test plans and test scenarios
for IAM enhancements and integrations.
Troubleshoot SailPoint and broader
IAM/IGA
issues, providing technical guidance to operations and support teams.
Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure and reliable identity management processes.
Prepare
solution designs, SOPs, system/process documentation
, and conduct knowledge transfer to support teams.
Requirements
Minimally 3 years of experience in
Sailpoint
Degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology
, or a related discipline.
Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
.
Experience with
LCM, Compliance Manager, workflows, roles, certification campaigns, and policies
.
Hands-on experience with
application onboarding and system integrations
within SailPoint.
Strong understanding and practical experience with
WebService connectors
.
Experience troubleshooting
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
systems and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in an Agile environment.
Good to Have
Experience with
SailPoint IdentityNow
.
Relevant
SailPoint certifications
.
