HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

HQ Location: Alam Damai, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500/month
Employment: Full-Time
Industry: Fresh Produce / Food Supply

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow our customer base and develop new business opportunities.

You will focus on acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts and promoting the company's fresh produce products, mainly to the HORECA and food service industry.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach new customers and business opportunities
• Develop new accounts within the HORECA / food service market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Promote the company's fresh produce products
• Conduct customer visits and understand their business needs
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Customer Relationship Management
• Experience in HORECA, FMCG, food, fresh produce or food distribution is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in meeting customers and conducting customer visits
• Proactive, motivated and target-driven
• Good customer relationship management skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also be considered.
