Job Description & Requirements
Job Overview:
Secure and release containers on board vessels (lashing and unlashing).
Assist vessels when they arrive at or leave the berth.
Connect and disconnect power cables for refrigerated containers.
Assist with supplying water to vessels.
Perform physically demanding outdoor work.
Follow all safety procedures at PSA Container Terminal.
Salary Package:
Your total monthly salary consists of:
Basic salary
Overtime pay
Meal incentive
Transport incentive
Additional allowances
Performance incentives
Location:
PSA Port, Pasir Panjang
Job Responsibilities:
Conning and de-conning twist locks from containers at wharfside
Handle twist locks and lashing gear safely and efficiently
Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOP)
Comply with all safety rules and regulations in operational areas
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
No experience required
Min. English pass in PSLE
Training will be provided
