We represent more than 30 international brands and provide solutions to customers in pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, commercial testing laboratories, research institutions and healthcare sectors.

As our new Product Specialist (Microbiology & Food Safety), you’ll play a key role in bringing trusted testing solutions to food manufacturers, pharmaceutical labs, and commercial testing labs across Malaysia.

Our Microbiology & Food Safety Solutions include:

• Food Allergen Testing: Rapid and ELISA test kits

• Mycotoxin Analysis: Lateral flow and ELISA methods

• Rapid Microbiology: Molecular and rapid film platforms

• Conventional Microbiology: Culture media, agars, broths, indicators, and classic methods

Responsibilities:

1. Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.

2. Achieve sales targets for microbiology & food safety solutions.

3. Identify customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions.

4. Deliver product presentations, demos, and training with team.

5. Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

6. Support tenders, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

7. Gather market insights and represent our company at industry events.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.

• 1–3 years’ sales experience in microbiology testing, laboratory equipment or related technical sales.

• Experience selling to food & beverage manufacturers, pharmaceutical QC labs, or commercial testing laboratories is a plus.

• A proven track record of meeting sales targets.

• Knowledge of microbiology techniques or food safety workflows is an added advantage.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Good communication and presentation skills for technical and management audiences.

• Business development mindset with focus on customer needs.
