Job Description:

We are looking Accounts Assistant to supports the finance department by accurately managing daily transactional accounting activities, ensuring timely documentation, and executing operational tasks directed by department leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and match invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software.
• Payment Execution: Prepare and process.
• Month-End Support: Assist with monthly closing procedures.

Requirements:

• SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Proven 2-3 Years experience in transactional accounting or a similar role;
• Strong familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel;
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and handle urgent tasks assigned by management

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
