Responsibilities
- Engage and support distributors to drive network sales growth
- Conduct product sharing, training, seminars, workshops and roadshows
- Support sales campaigns, recruitment activities and distributor events
- Develop and update training materials, presentation slides and sales tools
- Work closely with leaders and distributors to identify market needs and sales opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities
- Track activities and provide sales/event reports and market feedback to management
- Willing to travel and support field activities nationwide
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Nutrition, Science or related field
- Confident communicator & presenter in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Energetic, outgoing and comfortable engaging with distributors and large groups
- Passionate about sales, training, events and people development
- MLM / Direct Selling experience is an added advantage
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
