Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
- Configure and maintain Email server and AD Server
- Support and troubleshoot SAP enterprise system issues, liaising with vendors or internal teams where necessary
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, and connectivity issues
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations
- Maintain accurate documentation system configurations and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects and upgrades
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where relevant
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in an IT support or technician role
- Working knowledge of SAP enterprise systems (functional or technical support experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and business software
- Familiarity with network administration, including LAN/WAN setup, troubleshooting, and security basics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
