As a Storekeeper – Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Carry out daily housekeeping duties at pharmacy counters, cashier counters, display shelves, tables, and other work areas.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy and storage areas, including clearing carton boxes and other materials.
Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure that items are delivered in good condition.
Distribute pharmaceutical items to relevant departments and nursing stations while ensuring proper documentation of stock movements.
Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory and stock levels.
Replenish stocks according to expiry dates and ensure that all items are kept in good condition.
Record and assist with the disposal of expired or deteriorated pharmaceutical products.
Ensure proper procedures are followed when returning goods to vendors.
Maintain appropriate storage conditions for pharmaceutical products and other inventory.
Participate in workplace improvement projects and activities when required.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
Possess a minimum GCE N or O Level qualification.
