Responsibilities
Read, interpret, and execute projects accurately from provided drawings to meet design specifications
Plan, manage, and deliver projects within established timelines to ensure on-time completion
Collaborate with design teams to recommend appropriate plant species and site designs that meet project requirements
Manage project budgets, control costs, and handle claims to maintain financial targets
Generate detailed project progress reports to track milestones and inform stakeholders
Lead and manage project teams effectively, facilitating site meetings with end users and main contractors to align project goals
Source and procure required plant species or identify suitable alternative replacements when original species are unavailable
Troubleshoot and resolve site issues promptly to minimize project delays and maintain quality standards
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to foster a productive work environment
