LUMINER CONSULTING is the 4M sourcing provider for Material, Manpower & Machineries and Methodology. In line with our specialize acquisition programs for in the Resin Manufacturing Plant in Semenyih, We are looking for the followings position to be filled immediately. Job Summary

• Coordinate with R&D and Production departments to plan, execute, and follow up on preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Review production outcome and reports, address discrepancies or findings with the relevant personnel, and ensure timely resolution of the problems.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001/14000 requirements by following and regularly updating written work instructions, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor Resin quality through QA/QC team and departmental reports, investigate issues with relevant teams, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions taken by Production staff to confirm problems are fully rectified.
• Manage and evaluate staff performance against their job descriptions.
• Organize regular training to production staff to ensure competence in their roles.
• Monitor production KPIs, investigate shortfalls, and discuss improvements with the Production Manager.
• Oversee good housekeeping, product handling, storage, and preservation across production areas.
• Promote Safety working environments for everyone in the Manufacturing Plant.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering, Science equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
• Accommodation will be provided for outstation staff.
• Based at Semenyih/Beranang.
• Posses Own transport.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
