Job Summary
Deliver diagnostic imaging services while maintaining equipment and adhering to safety protocols. Support quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on radiology safety standards.
Responsibilities
Deliver diagnostic imaging services to patients accurately and safely
Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of imaging equipment to ensure operational readiness
Adhere strictly to safety protocols during imaging examinations to protect patients and staff
Apply current radiology safety policies and regulations to daily work practices
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing enhancements in imaging services
Collaborate with team members and handle additional tasks as assigned to support department goals
Required competencies and certifications
Fully registered with AHPC (Health and Care Professions Council)
Minimum degree in Radiography or a relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in diagnostic imaging
Proficient in performing general X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and other imaging combinations
