Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet their targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle key accounts and customer concerns.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel when required.
