Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about the hospitality industry?

Cititel Express Ipoh is actively looking for a dynamic HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager to lead our human resources department!

In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our management team, handling full-spectrum HR functions including talent acquisition, payroll, and employee relations. A key part of this role involves working closely with recruitment agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure all foreign worker documentation is strictly compliant with Malaysian law.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of HR experience (Hotel/Hospitality background is a major plus!)
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory regulations
• Proven experience managing foreign worker documentation and agent coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
