Job Description

• Craft compelling internal and external communications that strengthen brand presence and keep every stakeholder informed and engaged
• Develop content across multiple formats including press releases, newsletters, corporate announcements, and digital platform copy
• Ensure all communications consistently reflect the organisation's brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines across every channel
• Build and maintain strong media relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry platforms that amplify the brand's reach
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment to identify opportunities and flag potential reputation risks before they escalate
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns that make a real impact
• Support crisis communication efforts by preparing timely, clear, and professional messaging for sensitive or high-stakes situations
• Track and analyse communication campaign performance, translating insights into clear recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,600.00 per month
