We are seeking an experienced Platform Operations Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in platform operations, security best practices, and IAM technologies, ensuring robust access controls and seamless system performance.

What You'll Do:
Manage and optimize IAM solutions across platforms
️ Monitor system health and troubleshoot operational issues
Implement security policies and access controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform reliability
Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis
Maintain technical documentation for processes and configurations

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in platform operations or IAM roles
Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Experience with identity lifecycle management
Proficiency in scripting or automation tools
Excellent problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
