Job Description
- Lead regional oversight of critical commercial applications, ensuring stability, usability and continuous improvement
- Manage system enhancements, rollout activities, and functional roadmaps aligned to business priorities
- Serve as the primary regional contact for cross-functional stakeholders, global teams, and external vendors
- Translate business requirements into system solutions, coordinate testing phases and ensure smooth deployment
- Monitor system adoption, data quality, and process adherence, recommending improvements where needed
- Provide structured training and support to business users across multiple markets
- A strong background in business, ideally within the Healthcare industry or a related field
- Experience managing or supporting digital tools or business applications, ideally in a commercial or operations environment
- Strong ability to collaborate across markets and influence diverse stakeholders
- Skilled in analysing business needs, optimising workflows, and driving adoption of digital tools
- Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
- Regional exposure and experience in healthcare or life sciences is advantageous
- A high-visibility regional role with ownership over impactful digital initiatives
