We are looking for an experienced Cardlink Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing engagements for UOB Cards initiatives within the IH2 portfolio.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Test Management capabilities with deep functional expertise in the Cardlink platform and Cards domain. This role will be responsible for SIT, UAT, end-to-end and regression testing, stakeholder coordination, defect governance, release readiness, and quality delivery across Cards transformation and enhancement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and governance for Cards initiatives.
• Act as the primary functional SME for Cardlink-related testing and validation.
• Lead SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression, and production verification testing activities.
• Review business and system requirements, conduct impact assessments, identify dependencies, and define testing scope.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Business Analysts, Architects, Development, Operations, and Vendor teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Lead defect triage sessions and drive timely resolution of critical and high-priority defects.
• Manage test environments, test data, execution progress, entry/exit criteria, and quality metrics.
• Track and report testing KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, and release readiness to key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UOB testing standards, governance processes, and quality controls.
• Support deployment validation, post-production verification, and hypercare activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, reusable testing assets, and industry best practices.
• Manage and coordinate onsite and offshore testing teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services.
• 8+ years of Test Management experience within the Cards domain.
• Strong functional expertise in the Cardlink platform.
• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end Cards lifecycle, including:
• Card issuance and maintenance
• Authorization processing
• Clearing and settlement
• Billing and statement generation
• Reconciliation
• Transaction processing
• Dispute and chargeback management
• Proven experience in SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across Business, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams.
• Experience managing offshore and onsite testing teams.
• Strong experience in defect management, risk management, and test governance.
• Strong understanding of Cards and Payments processes and testing methodologies.
