About the role:
We are looking for a Cafe Manager/Supervisor to join our Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the F&B industry and are eager to display their leadership and management skills. You will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and leading our team.

Job Scope:

• Primary Roster planner
• Inventory Control
• Oversee the team
• Guide and train floor staff in product knowledge and to be able to upsell/cross-sell food and beverages to patrons
• Handle and resolve patrons' complaints, feedback, and update to Operation Manager
• Closing of sales and update Operation Manager for banking purposes
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cafe, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B operations
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak periods

Benefits:

• Salary Increment (based on performance)
• 18 days AL / 21 days ML

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
