Responsibilities:

• Handle and prepare online order packaging and drop off parcels at the courier hub.
• Check the backwash area and assist the lorry driver with receiving goods.
• Perform data entry tasks and manage cash flow records accurately.
• Manage the filing of documents and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
• Assist with basic financial and accounting tasks as required.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for office and administrative supplies.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Management, in line with operational needs

Requirements:

• Age: 20 – 30 years old
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Accounts Administrative Assistant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Familiar with office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers.
• Experience with AutoCount accounting system is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
