At Daythree Business Services, we’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who doesn’t just tell us what happened — but can uncover why it happened, what could happen next, and what we should do about it.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse operational, customer, workforce & business data

• Identify trends, performance gaps, risks & opportunities

• Conduct root-cause and driver analysis

• Build forecasts, scenario models & sensitivity analysis

• Develop meaningful dashboards and analytical reports

• Turn data findings into actionable business recommendations

• Partner with Operations, WFM, Finance & other stakeholders

• Present insights and recommendations to management & senior leadership

• Measure the impact of business improvements through data

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in Data Analytics, BI, Reporting, Workforce Analytics or Operational Analytics

• Strong analytical & critical-thinking skills

• Strong business acumen and data storytelling ability

• Experience in root-cause analysis, trend analysis, forecasting & scenario modelling

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI & Advanced Excel

• Understanding of contact centre operations, processes & KPIs

• Experience presenting insights to management/senior stakeholders

• Strong Business English communication skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail
