Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customers’ orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Malaysian applicants preferred, subject to company requirements.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
