What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing or content strategy.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning and social media content strategy.
• Able to develop a content idea from strategy → concept → storyboard → production → posting → performance analysis.
• Experienced in creating storyboards, campaign concepts and content plans.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Able to identify trends and understand how to adapt trends according to the brand instead of simply following them.
• Comfortable with video shooting, basic directing and video editing.
• Familiar with CapCut, InShot or similar editing software.
• Able to analyse social media performance and translate data into actionable content strategies.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable experimenting with new content formats.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns or content projects at the same time.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency and accountability.
• Genuinely passionate about content, marketing, storytelling and audience engagement.

Added Advantage

• Experience handling paid or organic marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing brand social media accounts.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics or other social media analytics tools.
• Experience in education, lifestyle, youth, entertainment or consumer-focused brands.
• Able to demonstrate previous campaign results or provide a portfolio of content, campaigns or social media projects.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
