Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Targets:
Design and implement comprehensive sales plans to hit revenue and profit targets.
Client & Supplier Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with upstream suppliers and downstream buyers.
Trade Operations:
Coordinate with internal logistics, finance, and risk management teams to ensure smooth transaction execution across the trade lifecycle.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and pricing shifts to spot new business opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives, setting clear performance KPIs and quotas.
Contract Negotiation:
Lead high-stakes negotiations for bulk orders, pricing terms, and supply agreements.
