About the Role

We are seeking for a high caliber Maintenance Manager/Senior Manager with combines technical expertise in Semiconductor equipment, Leadership, Strategic Planning and Financial oversight to setup an effective maintenance operating model.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define an operating model across the plant - Potentially copy or reference from the Company Headquarter in Suzhou, the China's Plant.
2. Supervise preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
3. Supervise and develop technical skills of maintenance staff and promote a culture of safety and efficciency.
4. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules and procedures to achieve optimum asset life span, reduce operational disruptions and optimize resource utilization.
5. Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, evaluate cost-effectiveness of repairs versus replacements and identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining high standards.
6. Laise with external vendors, negotiate contracts, monitor performance and ensure services and materials meet quality standards.
7. Managing inventory of spare parts and equipment ensuring adequate stock levels.

About You

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
3. Solid knowledge on specific process and equipment. General knowledge on Semiconductor processes is a must.
4. Possessed technical knowledge in Semiconductor equipment maintenance.
5. Experience in cross functional collaboration and supporting.
6. Strong command in written and spoken English.
