Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Assistant Manager (Warehouse) di CJ Century Logistics Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibility:

• Manage daily communication and coordination with customers’ Logistics teams on inbound and outbound shipments to/from CJ.

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth execution, operational stability, and continuous improvement.

• Lead and manage staff and general workers, including performance monitoring, manpower allocation, coaching, and SOP training.

• Monitor and achieve customer KPIs and service level requirements, ensuring operational performance meets agreed standards.

• Manage inventory control, including daily cycle counts, stock accuracy monitoring, discrepancy investigation, and reporting.

• Coordinate and manage transportation vendors, including trip allocation, delivery schedules, service performance, and delivery KPIs.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management and customers.

• Manage and ensure accuracy of monthly Customs stock card reports and related documentation.

• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring compliance with operational requirements, service standards, and agreed KPIs.

• Perform other duties, assignments, and ad hoc tasks as directed by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good Excel skills for preparing reports and analyzing operational data will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal departments, vendors, and operational teams.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and coordination skills.

• Able to work in Sungai Jawi, Penang.
