Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Petaling Jaya. The Account Manager will oversee key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for brand partners, licensors, and strategic stakeholders while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing account plans, coordinating campaigns and activations, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports and presentations that align with each IP’s brand strategy. The role involves working closely with internal teams such as marketing, retail operations, F&B, events, and merchandising to deliver integrated experiences, resolve issues promptly, and maintain consistent quality across all touchpoints. The Account Manager will also support new business opportunities, participate in contract discussions, and help identify ways to grow account value through cross-pillar collaborations and consumer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts, build long-term relationships, and serve as a reliable point of contact for partners and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, collaborating with marketing, retail, F&B, events, and operations teams to deliver cohesive campaigns or activations.
• Strong skills in planning, organization, and project management, including managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance dashboards.
• Capability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights clearly to internal leadership and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Background in account management, business development, brand management, or customer success within retail, F&B, entertainment, lifestyle, or related industries is preferred.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving IP portfolios, campaigns, and experiential concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
