Join the dynamic team at NATURELAND SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. as a Customer Service Executive.
In this full-time role located in the Central Region, you will be the friendly face and voice representing our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
- To provide excellent service performance to customers .
- To answer enquiries and address feedback (both compliments and complaints) from customers.
- If necessary, escalate the feedback to the supervisor.
- To listen carefully to customers’ requests (including appointment bookings, service purchases, and memberships) and carry them out accurately.
- To interact with both internal and external customers clearly and politely.
- To clean and maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the counter.
- To perform administrative duties such as ensuring customers fill in the e-form for each visit, settling daily sales figures, and checking insurance packages.
Customer Interaction & Front Desk Management ·
- Greet all customers with a smile upon entering Natureland.
- Ensure all customer sign in using the tablet providing their full name before the start of any services.
- Answer phone calls for reservations in a polite and professional manner.
- Monitor and respond promptly to reservations, queries, and complaints received via email and WhatsApp.
- Confirm service type and duration with customers; communicate politely without disturbing them. ·
- Build and maintain good customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Staff, Scheduling & Operations Oversight ·
- Arrange and manage therapist and receptionist work schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Oversee and update the outlet daily schedule board, including therapist assignments and room usage. ·
- Assign therapists appropriately to customers and ensure full understanding of retail products and service types.
- Handle staff-related issues professionally and lead the team with fairness and authority.
- Share information and updates with therapists and receptionists promptly after each monthly management meeting.
- Ensure daily outlet operations run smoothly, resolving disruptions proactively.
Job Requirement & Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Nitec, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software and POS system.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational needs.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working Hours: Shift-based including weekends and public holidays.
ADDITIONAL: Computer and IT skills/knowledge are an advantage.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
