Accounting Executive

We're a corporate services firm with a team of Chartered Accountants, Tax Professionals, and Company Secretaries, and we're looking for a dedicated Accounting Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team.

This role offers hands-on learning in a supportive, close-knit team, with real opportunities to grow your skills in accounting and tax. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working directly with clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of financial records
• Support the development of SOPs to improve accounting and tax processes
• Liaise directly with clients on accounting and tax queries, provide updates, and ensure smooth communication
• Assist in preparing tax computations, tax returns, and supporting documentation for corporate and individual clients
• Collaborate with senior team members on accounting and tax projects, applying relevant regulations and standards
• Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy across accounting reports and tax filings

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, tax, or a similar field
• Familiarity with accounting software, bookkeeping, and basic tax compliance
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
