Partner with internal stakeholders and international teams to coordinate repairs and resolve client enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements
Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other high-end client service environments
Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences with a polished and service-driven approach
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities with confidence in handling client enquiries and service recovery
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
