Job Description
We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive to drive business growth by developing new customers, managing existing accounts and building strong long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, have strong business acumen and be comfortable with frequent client meetings, networking and relationship-building activities.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Conduct regular customer visits, meetings and follow-ups.
Understand customers' business needs and identify potential project opportunities.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing projects to convert opportunities into sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and projects.
Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience in engineering, electrical, construction, industrial or B2B sales will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Confident, outgoing and comfortable meeting customers and business partners.
Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
