We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the hotel’s marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s marketing and communication plans.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, and online presence.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and hotel events.
• Develop engaging content and marketing materials in line with brand standards.
• Manage media relations, PR activities, influencers, and strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with Sales, F&B, Rooms, and other departments to support revenue-generating initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate photography, videography, advertising, and other creative projects.
• Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with hotel and brand guidelines.
• Manage the marketing budget and external agencies or vendors where applicable.
• Other tasks as assigned by the management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
