Responsibilities

Field Activation & Events

• Plan and set up brand activations at fairs, malls, and recruitment events, ensuring each activation runs smoothly and looks on brand.
• Engage visitors, pitch employer value propositions, and capture leads using digital forms or POS tools.
• Coordinate logistics with venues, vendors, and internal teams to meet timelines and budget limits.
• Collect event feedback and visuals to help marketing refine future activations.

Sales & Relationship Building

• Qualify leads on-ground and follow up with recruiters to turn interest into candidate or client opportunities.
• Maintain a clean CRM record of prospects, activity notes, and next steps for handover to account managers.
• Support small sales conversations and upsell simple service add-ons based on client needs.
• Report weekly on lead volume, conversion indicators, and common objections to improve outreach.

Brand Representation & Reporting

• Represent client brands professionally and adapt messaging for different audience segments.
• Create short post-event reports with photos, attendance numbers, and on-site learnings.
• Work with marketing to test messaging, visuals, and layouts for better engagement.
• Help produce short-form social content from events for quick distribution.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• About 2 years of practical experience in sales, brand activation, retail, events, or recruitment marketing.
• Track record of meeting activity targets and handling public-facing roles with confidence.
• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexible schedule with ability to travel locally and work weekends during events.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical sales and marketing skills, including lead qualification and basic upsell techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, mobile lead capture, and common office software such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable creating short reports and using smartphone photography for event documentation.
• Basic understanding of social media channels and how on-ground activity links to digital campaigns.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to present clearly and listen to audience needs.
• Leadership and management capability to coordinate small teams and keep activities on track.
