Job Description

KOVA is looking for a meticulous and adaptable Brand Marketing Intern in Singapore to support the execution of visual communications across social media, digital channels, and ad hoc brand collateral. The ideal candidate is highly skilled at designing within established brand guidelines, translating visual systems into engaging posts, stories, pitch decks, product catalogs, and marketing materials. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of social media content. You will also support light on-site content capture and asset formatting, working closely with the wider design team to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables. Note that you will need to be physically based in Singapore for this role. Please do not apply if you are based outside of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Execution

• Design and execute end-to-end social media graphics (feed posts, stories, carousels) using established brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Draft brand-aligned captions and copy that complement visual posts and reflect each client’s distinct tone of voice and audience.
• Support light on-site photo and video content capture for client venues, events, or studio projects as needed.

Brand Collateral Design

• Design and layout client presentation decks, product catalogs, posters, and other brand collateral based on existing designs and brand guidelines.
• Maintain organised Figma and drive libraries for client design assets, templates, and final production files.

Hiring Process & Application Requirement

• All shortlisted candidates are required to complete a brief design assignment (approximately 2 hours) prior to the interview stage. This step is a non-negotiable prerequisite to evaluate candidate design thinking and alignment with our studio standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Notion and other design tools.
• Familiarity with social media content formats, digital design best practices, and AI design workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good grasp of colour theory, layout, and design principles.
• Basic knowledge of typography principles and typeface design.
