About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Admin Intern to support our HR and administrative functions while gaining exposure to the commercial side of the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and training coordination.
• Prepare HR documents and maintain filing systems.
• Provide general administrative support to the office.
• Assist the Sales team in preparing sales quotations and customer proposals.
• Support customer enquiries, data entry, and sales documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
