Management Trainee – Finance

We are looking for a Management Trainee – Finance to support our Finance Department, with a primary focus on student billing, fee administration, and general administrative duties.

This role is suitable for individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, and interested in developing their experience in finance and school administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain student billing and fee records.
• Prepare invoices, statements, receipts, and other billing-related documents.
• Assist with monitoring and following up on outstanding student payments.
• Handle parents’ and guardians’ enquiries relating to student fees and billing.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
• Assist with filing and documentation for the Finance Department.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team.
• Assist with other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous administrative experience is required.
• Fresh graduates with relevant administrative experience or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in billing, finance, or school administration will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
