Job Description

- Coordinate and share necessary information regarding medical institutions, support, coordination, medical care with the relevant parties, and arrange appropriate support and follow-up.
- Carry out the required work for support, nursing safely and appropriately, document the outcome, and share necessary information with relevant parties.
- Monitor and record vital signs, health conditions and changes in residents' wellbeing.
- Administer prescribed medications and maintain proper medication records.
- Assist senior citizens with daily activities such as mobility, meals, hydration and personal care when required.
- Perform basic nursing procedures and first aid within the scope of practice.
- Monitor for any signs of illness, injury or deterioration and take appropriate action.
- Handle medical emergencies appropriately and arrange for ambulance or emergency medical assistance when necessary.
- Coordinate hospital visits, clinic appointments and follow-up care when required.
- Communicate relevant health updates and concerns to the Operations Manager and/or family members.
- Maintain accurate and confidential nursing and health records.
- Ensure proper hygiene, infection control and safety practices are maintained.
- Monitor nursing supplies, medical equipment and medication stocks.

Working experience

Min 3-5 years

Education / Working Industry

- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Registered Nurse with valid registration with Malaysian Nursing Board
- Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Good knowledge of basic nursing care, first aid and emergency procedures
- Experience in elderly care, home nursing / similar environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
