Job Description:

• Provide operational support in managing HR-related inquiries, serving as a key point of contact for employees across the organisation
• Support day-to-day administrative functions under the responsibility of the HR Support Centre
• When deployed to other HR teams, provide operational HR support across various functions based on the evolving resource needs of HR Group Shared Services
• Handle and manage data using Microsoft Excel and other HR systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with HR policies and processes

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Min 1 year of relevant HR work experience
