Job Summary
LSBF Malaysia is seeking passionate and dedicated Lecturers in Business Management to join our dynamic tertiary education institution in Kuala Lumpur. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for Diploma and Degree programmes.
• Develop teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources.
• Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Mentor and support students throughout their academic journey.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with MQA standards, institutional policies, and partner university requirements.
• Participate in academic administration, programme reviews, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
• Engage in research, professional development, and industry collaboration.
• Support student recruitment, orientation, and institutional events.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Management, or a related discipline (PhD is an advantage).
• Minimum 2–3 years' teaching experience in higher education or relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of MQA requirements and higher education quality standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student success.
• Professional qualifications or industry certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
