SERVICE CREW – WAFFLE SHOP

Position: Service CrewLocation: 118 Mall / LaLaport Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

Minimum Age: 18 years oldMinimum Education: SPM / equivalent

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare waffles, sweet corn, beverages and other menu items according to SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop, counter and food preparation area.
• Pack food and drinks neatly for dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders.
• Restock ingredients, packaging and other shop supplies when needed.
• Check food quality and ensure orders are prepared correctly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow all company rules, food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
• Experience in F&B is an added advantage.
