JOB SUMMARY

Helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products to ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• · SPM/ STPM/ Diploma
• · Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• · Required language English / Bahasa Malaysia (Third language will be an added advantage)
• · Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated
• · Able to commit in retail working hours including weekends and public holidays.
• · Good communication skills
• · Having a friendly and engaging personality
• · Full-time and part time positions available.
• · Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays.
• · Have own transport.

Job Responsibilities

• · To assist the pharmacists in the outlet.
• · To process sales transactions.
• · Arrange inventory for supplies.
• · Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times.
• Other tasks assigned by Pharmacists

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
