Kerja Sepenuh Masa LOCUM STAFF NURSE - Nursing Home (3 Months Extendable) #HZTK, Gaji tinggi SGD 5,000 di RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Working Hours: Minimum 4–5 days per week, 42.5 hours per week.

• AM: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• PM: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Shift timings may vary. Nurses may be required to report earlier or later as advised by the Nurse Manager/Sister.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide safe and quality nursing care to residents.
• Monitor residents' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as required.
• Assist with residents' activities of daily living and care needs.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of ward or nursing home experience.
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• Valid BCLS certification.
• Must be comfortable working both AM and PM shifts.
