Job Scope

Knowledge/ Skill required

• Accounting and bank reconciliation skills.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft excels skills, including the ability to perform lookups, pivot tables and formulas.
• Good in documentation process activities.
• Communication skills with the ability to communicate/collaborate with team members to follow up on outstanding matters
• Patient and active listening skills and understanding others' views.

Job Requirement

• Update Bank Statement & Fund Sighting - Retail & EPF (daily) Bank Reconciliation related tasks primarily
• Preparation of posting journal entries on cash & bank related transaction and placements Account Receivable — Issuance of Tax Invoice Reversal provision (JV4 & JV5 and JV33) for month end AR — Invoicing & Receipting and follow up on outstanding Banking matter (update authorised signatories, update user maintenance, prepare letter, form, doc, etc) Bank recon (pdf/final copy) Preparation of audit confirmation request Other tasks assigned from time to time
• professional qualification such as ACCA/MIA/CPA.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
