Job Responsibilities
Mini Program & Application Development
Design, develop, test, and maintain mini programs and web-based applications.
Develop and optimize business-oriented mini programs for customer ordering, membership, promotions, loyalty programs, and other digital services.
Integrate mini programs with internal systems, databases, APIs, payment gateways, and third-party platforms.
Develop user-friendly interfaces and optimize application performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and support.
Work closely with business and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Participate in system upgrades, feature development, testing, and deployment.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure proper version control and development standards.
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
Collect, clean, organize, and analyze business and operational data.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor sales, customer behavior, marketing performance, inventory, and operational KPIs.
Analyze customer and transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and cost control.
Track and analyze key performance indicators across different business channels and outlets.
Automate regular reports and data-processing workflows where possible.
Work with management and business teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
Maintain data accuracy, consistency, security, and proper documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics
, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience
in software development, mini program development, data analysis, or a related role.
Experience in developing
WeChat Mini Programs or similar mini-program platforms
is preferred.
Strong programming knowledge in relevant technologies such as
JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Python, SQL
, or similar technologies.
Experience working with databases, APIs, and third-party system integrations.
Good knowledge of data analysis and visualization.
Experience with
Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python
, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects or priorities.
