Operation Support (Night Shift)

We are looking for a responsible and committed individual to join our team as Operation Support (Night Shift).

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain smooth outlet operations by overseeing reception staff during night shift
• Assist with incoming calls and provide necessary support
• Handle and resolve operational issues at outlet level (e.g. cashiering errors, incorrect payment key-in)
• Monitor outlet signboard and ensure compliance with company standards
• Cover shifts when required to ensure operational continuity

Requirements:

• Able to work night shift
• Responsible, alert and able to handle issues independently
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Got own transportation

Salary package:

• Basic RM2300-RM3000 based experience and educational background
• Overtime ,epf socso
• Allowance night shift + allowance telephone
• Bonus monthly based on outlet sales achievement
