We are hiring Aircraft Technician Trainees to join a structured training program. No prior aircraft maintenance experience required. Candidates with passion for hands-on technical work are welcome to apply.
Training Program Structure
3 Months Classroom Training (Monday to Friday, Office Hours)
9 Months On-the-Job Training (Shift work may be required, shift allowance provided)
No bond required, Completion Bonus & Sign On Bonus Available
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance checks on aircraft systems and components
Carry out minor repairs on airframe, electrical wiring and assemblies
Conduct operational checks using appropriate tools and equipment
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Requirements
Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in any discipline
Interested in technical and aircraft-related work
Willing to commit to training and shift schedule during OJT
