The Data Center Design Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of mission-critical data center projects. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team, engage with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design delivery of data center projects from concept through construction.
- Manage architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and operational needs.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and QA/QC processes.
- Conduct design reviews and drive innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Act as the primary client contact for design-related matters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in design management, architecture, engineering, or project delivery.
- Experience delivering data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction practices, and design coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
