SHORT WORKINGS 6.5HRS a day
Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare private cinema rooms after every booking according to SOP
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and common areas
Assist customers with enquiries and resolve basic issues
Ensure smooth daily operations and provide excellent customer service
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKEND AS WELL IF NEEDED to for you to come IT WILL BE $110 dollar paid for whole day 10.30am - 11.30pm
Responsible, punctual, and reliable
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit for light cleaning duties
No experience required – training will be provided

CozyPlace is looking for a reliable and responsive Customer Service Operator to join our remote team.
What you'll do:
• Reply to WhatsApp, Instagram DM & email enquiries
• Assist with bookings, rescheduling & cancellations
• Answer questions about our rooms, outlets & pricing
• Handle customer feedback and complaints
• Escalate refunds, disputes & other issues when needed
Requirements:
• Based in Malaysia
• Own laptop + reliable internet
• Strong written English
• Responsive, responsible & dependable
• Comfortable working independently
• No prior experience required
Shift Rates:
• Weekday Morning: RM70/shift
• Weekday Evening: RM80/shift
• Weekend: RM95/shift
• 50% premium for last-minute shift coverage
15–30 shifts/month — choose your preferred workload
Additional Reliability Bonus available
